Many people who own cars will ensure that they are well looked after and treated similar to a member of the family. That is why so many people now want to do the Challenger right hand drive conversion so as to enjoy the thrill of driving this magnificent vehicle out on the open roads. Challenger rhd conversion models come in different colours ranging from bright silver metallic to blackberry pearl, header orange, pitch black and redline tri coat pearl to name just a few.

These cars have three different generations to it and are marketed by the Dodge division of Chrysler. The Dodge Challenger was made during the late 1950s and during the early 1970s, the first pony car was built. The second generation was produced during the late 1970s to the early 1980s. The last creation was introduced in 2008 and is still running.

The first to carry the challenger name was the Dodge Silver Challenger and was a limited edition. They only came in silver and had two doors. It was available in the three point eight litres and the five point three litres. The manual three speed transmission was standard and if an automatic was preferred this was optional.

It sports a four hundred and seventy horsepower and with a flat torque curve it can deliver incomparable power. Those that have been made with the automatic transmission can save on fuel due to the latest fuel saver technology. They come in the standard eight cylinders but will disengage four of them when not needed.

In 1960 the Challenger was made and was said to be the equivalent of the Plymouth Barracuda and that this car was specifically made to compete against the Mustang. The Barracuda was the first of the sporty cars but was soon overtaken in just a few weeks. A few years later the Challenger was designed with a longer wheelbase, larger dimensions and was rated to be more luxurious. It was also more expensive but was aimed at the well-off younger buyers.

The heater box inside will need to be re-prototyped and new parts will need to be made. When done it will have a snug fit and will be free of rattles. A new insert will be made for the driver's side but could also cause some problems due to the angels and curves. In some cases having to lay down new carpets will be needed as the original foot rest will be eliminated but that is not too much of a big change.

The satellite radio will be able to inform the driver and occupants of the weather for that day as well as for the next week. The NAV can be used to plane trips and find points of interest in the vicinity they are driving in. Any emergency information that is needed is easy to find and if one becomes lost it will direct one back home again.

The Challenger right hand drive conversion must be a mirror image of the original look once it is completed. Each component must be of the exact design and all changes must be carried out according to the National Code of Practise. This means that all workers must meet the health and safety requirements when doing their specific work.
