When one is born there are things that are genetically modified or made in us that we inherit from the family members. Jaw liners are just but a few things that we inherit from them, whether strong or not will entirely be determined by our genes and we cannot do anything about them. All in all there several things that we can do to change the way or the state of our jaws currently. How they are should not stop us from making them look better.

Smiling for some people is something that comes naturally than other but the reality is that it has major benefits to your face muscles. Like any other muscle in the body the more you smile which is some kind of exercise to your face the tighter and better it will look. So it is good to always smile so as to make your face look good and better.

Also, one should try and clench then release the jaw since it is a form of exercise to the face and jaw. A good looking jaw line depends on you, how frequently you exercise the jaw. This exercise of clenching the muscles should be done for a ten seconds the release the jaw. The exercise is not comfortable just like any other exercise, but it surely tones the jaw.

Tilting the head up and keeping the eyes looking at the ceiling is another way. This technique is known as the chin lift exercise. Adding to tilting the head upward one should also try to strain the lips in a way likely to suggest that you are kissing something for a period of around five seconds then redo the same after taking a break. It exercises most of the face muscles.

Manage your temples and also try and unfrown the brows, it is the best and a good way of encouraging the blood to flow and also circulate through your face. Rubbing the temples in a circular motion for about thirty seconds has some benefits to your facial looks. Rubbing or massaging the temples is the best medicine of migraine headaches.

Fish faces also help in toning the cheeks and jaws. This exercise is done by sucking the cheeks in and then at the same time smiling, the fish face should be hold for a period of about five minutes before releasing. Do the same thing for a number of times. The exercise is good and can be done by most people at any given place as long as one is determined to do it.

Moving on, salt reduction is the other requirement. Many people currently consume a lot of salts in their foods. This is a health risk factor predisposing to many conditions such as the skin. Its effect on the skin is that it results to loss of a lot of water making it less bloated. This gives a hard time for the jaw line to make an appearance.

In the same line, one should also get enough sleep. It is advised for one to sleep for a minimal of eight hours but for most people six or five hours is enough for them. To get a good and better looking jawline you have no option but to sleep for the whole eight hours.
