From the definition it is an enclosed or semi closed area used for dispersing the liquid of an automobile of a fabricated item, the paint spray booth history dates to over a century now since the idea was developed. The road from the first invention more than a century ago up to date sophisticated finishing system is a dramatic one that can not be assumed.

There is a large choice of methods to choose from, every method has its own kind specifications and recommended function. After all, they all generally perform the same task which is to contain filtrate and remove any dangerous aerosol adhesive, A tan solution and solder fumes from the air.

It is also used to contain things like resins varnish smell and conformal coatings. So, use of these methods in your daily activity have respiratory health disadvantages.

When disperse mist guns were first used on the assembly line, finishing times which would take about fifteen day was reduced considerably to about eight days. Later, the nitrocellulose lacquer, unique for fast drying, was introduced by DuPont. It reduced the finishing time even more. New material, proved virtually impossible to apply with a brush, but it was realized that dispersing mist gun could transfer the solution smoothly and quickly.

This method is known to reduce the surface area in a equipment used to disperse liquid. The current invention involves vacuum that means a structure for an automated disperse mist of liquid where the air flow is provided from the vacuum above the portions of the equipment where the painting has been done.

The cabinet and filtration unit suck up, dilute and scatter the harmful excess solution that appear when you apply solution to something using an airbrush, this is to say that an equipment cabinet provide a favorable environment. It also reduces air pollution because the toxic fumes released to the air are checked. Moreover, any small amount of dust or dirt from the environment can have negative effect on the dispersed mist of liquid which has just been done and this is normally difficult and sometimes very expensive to correct.

Today, Paint finishing industry requires these modernized gadgets that suit the different painting requirements. Some require sophisticated booths that are fully integrated in to their production and management system while others need simply standalone booths.

In a nutshell, such equipment has very many important functions and so it is advised that you should not build your own spraying booth because it requires detailed professionalism and expertise. To add, it requires skilled personality to determine the best material to use so as to make it fully effective in filtering dirty material when spraying and also extracting the flammable material and diluting them.
