One also said they treated his car with extreme care. They also have a systematic procedure. When he told them that he tried doing repairs alone, they had him bring all the parts he bought. Using those, they did all the work for him. This is the only shop he knows that allows a customer to do that.
They key here is customer service. They must be able to provide a great one so I am assured of quality of work. Those three conditions need to be met so they find a loyal customer in me.
