Therefore, when the new pieces are introduced, they should last for a considerably longer duration. The length of these, however, depends on the quality of parts that were used to manufacture them and hence these pieces should be carefully examined to ensure they have a better useful life.

Lastly, compatibility of employees with the new products is important. When there is a situation where the workers are not conversant with the new systems, there are high chances of mistakes in the production process and of which have detrimental effects on the image of the organization. Hence train them adequately on every aspect of the new products long before they are brought into the firm.
