You have probably been put in charge of the next corporate outdoor event and you are quite excited about it. The next company outdoor event will involve employees and their families and you want to make it a bit fun and different by renting an inflatable bounce house Menomonee Falls. If this statement is any way a bit accurate, then do read on in this article for some tips on how to rent with success.

First of all before you get into your car and go around, do prepare a checklist to guide you. A checklist is a great little management tool to help you plan and decide, especially if your decisions will impact a certain amount of money to be spent. Always use a checklist when making important and major decisions, particularly when it will impact on your resources such as time and money.

You want a provider that is not a mom and pop operation. Although it is often said that we must support local and small businesses it will not be prudent in this case as you are planning a big event. Mom and pop packages will have limited offerings and equipment and will mostly fit small time garden parties for little children. This is definitely nothing that can meet the demands of a big event as yours.

Ask the provider that you have in mind to provide you with a package if possible instead of a flat out rental rate for a certain unit. Sometimes packages are better for you will be able to get add ons that are not available with flat our renting. Packages will have certain themes and such that may work well with what you may have in mind for your upcoming event.

in relation to the event itself that you have in mind, the provider you are having an eye on should be a little versed in event planning as well. This is so that you can be on the same wavelength as to what to have on the big day itself, and they should also be able to give you a few tips and suggestions also based on their past experiences.

Well trained staff in safety should also be the order of the day, and as much as possible, the same staff that will be fielded at the event with the rented equipment should have the minimum skills in first aid. In fact, some states do require that all employees regardless of the nature of the job have some kind of basic first aid training from local Red Cross units.

Punctuality and mindfulness of schedules should also be topmost of your concern when dealing with providers. They should never be too early or never too late, as sometimes there are strict times for venues also, especially if you are renting the space for your event. They should just be early enough to set up and have the right time to dismantle so you will not be penalized for overstaying at the venue site if rented.

Do not also forget to request for a verifiable client list that you can use for your final decision making and verification. Remember that a respectable provider will not be afraid to give you a previous client list, and should be more than happy to give you one to attest to their claims of a superior and better service. Always ask for a verifiable client list when able to.
