A great percentage of Orlando, Florida inhabitants agree that vehicle dents afflict everyone who possesses a car. The causes of this phenomenon are unpredictable and uncontrollable even to least expected of places like home garages. On the road or open spaces nature can also inflict major damages to car bodies'. In order to successfully repair these vehicles the best approaches for dent removal has to be adopted.

There are different classifications of dings that occur in car body panels. This is despite the fact that all of them simply represent a disruption in the metal grains. What differentiates dents is the position in which they occur. Some occur in tight spots that require much work and some occur in easy less demanding spots.

A number of ways exist that can successfully remove car dents. These methods are done by experienced repair technicians and individual owners who have gathered enough experience to do it. The type of ding present determines the method to be used in removing it. The methods also require different tools and materials for the task to be completed.

A greater percentage of the dents can be described as smooth because they occur in parts where the car is vulnerable to easy knocks. These are at the door panels and bonnet. They can be removed by knocking them with a heavy rubber tool. This mostly proves unsuccessful and it can further be dealt with by using a plunger device. The plunger is correctly positioned and then yanked out in order to pull out the deformation. New paint is later applied on this location.

The most difficult creases to repair are the small and sharp types and this is because they are located in tough spots. They are usually small and not heavily pronounced on the outside. Their location makes it harder to repair without affecting the surrounding paint job. Therefore, a better way of tackling them is using a technique that will not require repainting afterward.

As the name suggests, paint less ding removal does not involve repainting the crease location with body filler and paint after it has been removed. This is because it uses special tools to massage the deformation from the back side. It usually requires highly skilled technicians to perform it. It uses simple tools that include a mirror and a pry bar. The other advantage of this technique is that this job can be done at home by the technician because of the ease of carrying these tools.

Under this new idea of paint less repair is the glue pulling technique. Though its use is not widespread, it is the same way as important. Glue pulling is for removing creases that cannot be accessed from the inside. It works by applying strong gluing chemicals on top of the deformations and then yanking them upwards. The process is repeated until the repair is done.

After all dent removal need not be a turgid affair. This is so if one uses the paint less technique because many insurance companies recommend it. The car value is not affected when this technique is used.
