Accidents are the most time consuming and financially draining events, so if you are not covered with an insurance policy then you should start considering one these days. But aside from getting yourself covered by an insurance institution practicing road safe activities. And keeping your eyes and mind on the lane prevents you from getting involve in terrible car crash accidents in the future.

Even when there is a lower risk of getting robbed and encountering dangers through public transport. But learning distracted driving solutions to keep you safe on your own private vehicle can be one major investment you will never regret for the rest of your life. Because not only are you preventing the dangers of getting killed way too early.

Because they are too caught up in enjoying their new found freedom that they forget to learn these basic safety rules. Distraction comes in many forms but the three most common types of distraction are visual, cognitive, and manual distractions. A good example is texting while you drive this is visual and cognitive distraction.

Another type of distraction is called the manual because it uses your arms and hands away from the wheel. So when you are left with one hand to maneuver the car independently. Then the other kind is cognitive when your mind is far away from driving, so instead of focusing on driving and keeping safe on the route.

Texting has been ranked as the number one reason why people suffer car crashes most reckless people are always on the phone yapping their life away. So have less reaction time than most alert drivers. Alert drivers are always focused in the mind, but unlike most people these special group does not exist and only a small portion of individuals do practice safety.

Which is why many people find themselves colliding with others often resulting in death and irreparable conditions. Employee workers who are extremely over worked and have lacked sleep in the last few days are also prone to accidents. Because their mind and body are not working in the optimum level most find themselves less reactive to accidents and like the older generation fall suddenly asleep at the wheels.

Stressed out working class individuals are also found in many car crash accidents. Their reasons are often fatigue from overwork and having not enough sleep or rest to drive properly. Another is the need to rush home to avoid traffic jams, and frustrations caused by problems and external influences from work, home, or city life.

Because the mind is not focused at the road, or aware of other vehicles around them. And usually getting ahead of others and making sure they are fast enough to do it. They reduce their reaction time a lot more than those who alert and aware of their surroundings.

The moment your mind slips from the road and into another area can be the deciding factor whether you live or die. This is termed latency and in recent researches this effect last for 27 seconds and that is long enough to lose sight of the road and react on time. But do actual drivers keep these in mind. The quick answer is no because most find reasons to justify their distraction which gives them leeway in making riskier decisions in the future. Many reckless drivers responded in surveys that it is easier to recognize the faults in others in driving instead of minding their own business. Remember that not everyone is geared to drive as a responsible and accident conscious individuals.
